About the brand
De Nigris is a family vinegar maker founded in 1889, when Armando De Nigris opened his first vinegar mill near Naples. Our main De Nigris line is its organic apple cider vinegar: raw and unfiltered, made from crushed organic apples and matured in wooden barrels, with the 'mother' of vinegar left in. The range also includes Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP, fruit vinegars, glazes and truffle specialities.
