About us
Who we are
Health Solutions Ltd was incorporated in November 2008 in Grand Baie. We are a Mauritian importer and distributor, and the company behind Organic Matters. Our aim is simple: the highest quality at the best possible prices.
We know organic and wellness products inside out, and we know every product we bring in: where it comes from, how it is made and how it is best used.
How we choose our products
Every product in our range is carefully selected on three things: its quality, how sustainably our suppliers work, and what the market is asking for. We build lasting relationships with the producers we work with. Every year we attend international trade fairs to meet them, see what is new and discover brands worth bringing to the island, and we visit our suppliers and their production facilities to see for ourselves how their products are made.
Most of our range, including our bulk supplies, is certified organic, and certificates are available on request.
Who we supply
We supply all the main supermarket chains around the island, as well as health food stores, specialty shops, hotels, restaurants, spas and pharmacies. Through Organic Matters, our shop and online store, the same products also reach households directly.
Working with retailers
We work alongside our retail partners on promotions and in-store displays, so our brands are easy to find and easy to choose.
Reliable supply
We plan our inventory to keep shelves supplied, and we store our products in good conditions all the way from our warehouse to the shelf.
Your feedback shapes our range
Retailers and customers can share their feedback with us at any time. What you tell us guides what we source next.
